• Full payment is required to confirm a reservation unless otherwise stated.

• Group, private, and package sessions are subject to availability.

• By booking, you confirm that all participants meet the age, fitness, and swimming level requirements for the selected activity.

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled lesson.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability

• Lessons run rain or shine and will only be canceled in the event of thunder and lightning.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson time will be charged 100%.

• No-shows will be charged 100%.

• No refunds will be issued for any reason.​

Your safety is our priority. All sessions are subject to suitable weather and ocean conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a session due to unsafe conditions (e.g., storms, strong winds, dangerous waves).
If we cancel due to weather, you will be offered:

• A rescheduled date/time, or

• A full refund if rescheduling is not possible

• Please note: Overcast skies, light rain, or mild conditions do not constitute grounds for cancellation.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session begins.

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or canceled without refund.

• No-shows (missing a session without notice) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• All participants must be able to swim and be in good health.

• You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to the session.

• We reserve the right to refuse participation if a client is deemed unfit or intoxicated.

• Surfing involves inherent risks, including injury or death. By booking, participants accept these risks and agree to follow the safety instructions provided by our staff.

• Sandpiper Surf Academy, its instructors, and partners are not liable for injuries, lost items, or accidents occurring before, during, or after the session.

• All participants (or legal guardians for minors) must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability before participating.

• During your session, we may take photos or videos for marketing or social media purposes.

• If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.

• All media captured by Sandpiper Surf Academy may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
