All our beginner surf lessons are held in Tamarindo, one of the most popular and safe beaches in Costa Rica for learning to surf. Known for its gentle waves and beautiful scenery, Tamarindo offers the perfect setting for those just starting their surfing journey.

Two Formats to Suit Your Needs

We understand that everyone learns differently, so we offer two flexible lesson formats to ensure you get the experience that best suits your style and goals.

Private

For those seeking more focused, one-on-one instruction, our private beginner lessons are the perfect choice. You’ll receive dedicated attention from an experienced instructor, allowing you to progress at your own pace and work on specific skills. With 1-1 instruction, you’ll have the opportunity to get immediate feedback and improve faster.

Price: $90 per person

Group

Our group lessons are a fun and social way to learn the basics of surfing. You’ll join a group of like-minded beginners and receive expert guidance from our professional instructors. The group format allows for a supportive learning environment where you can share the excitement of catching waves with others.

Price: $65 per person
Discounted Price: $50 per person for groups of more than 4 people

Group Size: We keep it small for personalized attention, with a maximum of 3 people per instructor.
